Right of return
You have a legal right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, you must contact us via our "CONTACT US" section, specifying "return" as the reason and providing your order number. We will then provide you with our shipping address, at your expense. As soon as your order arrives within 3-5 business days, you will be refunded.
Here's how to make a return:
- Please make sure the item is in the same condition as received, not used or damaged, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us via email or through our contact form on the website to inform us of your return.
- Ship the item to our return address using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your return, we will check the condition of the item and, if eligible, process your refund.

Fotografa i tuoi occhiali usati griffati.Fai più foto per mostrare i dettagli, gli angoli e le lenti. Se hai a disposizione certificati che ci aiutano a verificare l'autenticità dei tuoi occhiali fotografali e allegali al tuo messaggio. Fai in modo che i tuoi occhiali siano fotografati in ogni angolo, da ogni prospettiva, in modo da avere una chiara visione del prodotto.
2. Inviaci un messaggio
Inviaci le foto dei tuoi occhiali, i certificati di autenticità (se ne hai) e una breve descrizione del prodotto. Puoi inviarci tutto il materiale tramite tutti i nostri canali di contatto: WhatsApp al numero +39 377 0878982, Messenger o tramite e-mail.Ti chiediamo di segnalarci lo stato dei tuoi occhiali, eventuali difetti o segni d'usura.Nel giro di qualche giorno riceverai una nostra quotazione.
3. Consegna al corriere
Se accetti la nostra valutazione sarai ricontattata per concordare insieme il ritiro a casa tua da parte di un nostro corriere.Ti invitiamo a preparare con cura la spedizione del prodotto.Assicurati di proteggere al meglio i tuoi occhiali.
