G-DETAILS Warranty for Refurbished Eyewear
All refurbished eyewear sold by G-DETAILS is covered by a 12-month warranty from the invoice date, protecting customers against conformity defects found during normal use.
The warranty does not cover cases, accessories, or wear-and-tear components (such as nose pads or temples), unless reported within the first 7 days from the purchase date (DOA).
If a conformity defect is confirmed, G-DETAILS will:

Repair the eyewear; or

Replace it with a model in the same category; or
-
If repair or replacement with the same model is not possible, replace it with another product of equal or superior characteristics.
Warranty applicability:
The warranty applies exclusively to eyewear presenting a conformity defect, provided the product has been used correctly and in line with its intended purpose.
The warranty excludes damage caused by:

Improper use (e.g., drops, impacts, prolonged exposure to heat or chemicals, etc.);

Unauthorized interventions or user-made modifications;

Inadequate maintenance or unsuitable cleaning products for lenses and frames;

Normal wear of parts subject to use (e.g., lens scratches not due to manufacturing defects);

Tampering with warranty seals or identification codes.
Service & Shipping Costs

Shipping the eyewear to our service center is at the customer’s expense.

Return shipping will be covered by G-DETAILS only if a defect is confirmed. Otherwise, costs will be charged to the customer, including any inspection fees.
RMA Request Procedure for In-Warranty Products

The model and product identification number (if available);

A description of the issue;

Proof of purchase.
Our support team will verify the information and warranty validity, then provide an RMA number and shipping instructions.
