The following does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

When you shop on g-details.it, you can always change your mind.

You may withdraw from the contract and return any product purchased on g-details.it for any reason within 14 days from receiving the shipment. To exercise your right of withdrawal, return the product and obtain a refund, simply email our Customer Service via the "Contact us" page.

A Return Code will be generated and you will receive all the information needed to proceed with your request.

By contacting Customer Service, you will be provided with a prepaid return label: returns are completely free, with no shipping costs.

The item(s) purchased may be returned to G-DETAILS within a maximum of 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to cancel—or, in any case, in accordance with applicable law and the Terms of Sale—to:

• the address provided by Customer Service, or as otherwise instructed.

• The original purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded via the payment method used, within 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract and the items have been returned to us.
• Any direct costs we incur in relation to the return of the item(s) for which you exercised the right of withdrawal (where applicable) will be borne by us.
• Without prejudice to cases where G-DETAILS has offered to collect the item(s) directly, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item(s) have been returned, unless you provide evidence that you have taken all reasonable steps to return the item(s).
